This privacy policy applies to all the personal data Moniquet & Company collects during your interactions with Moniquet & Company such as visiting our website, the services we offer, subscribing to our newsletters, contacting us and so forth. This includes but is not limited to – all online and offline data collection of personal information.

The aforementioned data will only be processed if it is necessary for achieving the goals mentioned previously. Personal data will under no circumstances be sold to third parties nor be made public. Moniquet & Company holds the rights to use or share the data with service providers, business partners and other parties if this is commanded by law, if it is a matter of life or death of the party involved or if it is the interest of completing a public obligation. When your consent is legally required or if we feel your consent is necessary we will ask for this consent before sharing your data. 

The agreements with our business partners limit the personal data that can be used or made public and demand your data to be protected adequately. 

Your rights

We wish to learn more about you in order to optimize our services for you. However, we respect the choices you make when it comes to your personal data. After you have shared your data with us or when we have received your data, you can always request to consult, update, change, or when legally possible, delete your data. You have the right to receive an answer to your request within a month.
